1. Service Overview

Top Tier Shuttles provides scheduled staff transport services to Colombo along designated routes.

2. Registration Process

Registration is considered complete only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • Expression of Interest is submitted
  • Payment is received
  • Payment confirmation is verified

3. Payment Terms

  • Monthly payments must be made in advance.
  • Seats are confirmed only after payment verification.
  • Failure to pay before the deadline may result in seat cancellation.

4. Punctuality

Passengers must arrive at designated pickup points at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The shuttle will not wait beyond the scheduled departure time.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must:

  • Maintain respectful behavior
  • Avoid damaging vehicle property
  • Follow driver instructions

Misconduct may result in service suspension without refund.

6. Service Changes

Top Tier Shuttles reserves the right to:

  • Adjust routes
  • Modify schedules
  • Change pickup points
  • Cancel routes due to insufficient demand

Passengers will be informed in advance where possible.

7. Force Majeure

The company is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Road closures
  • Accidents
  • Weather conditions
  • Government regulations

8. Liability

Top Tier Shuttles is not responsible for:

  • Lost personal belongings
  • Delays beyond reasonable control
  • Passenger absence at pickup point

9. Amendments

The company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
